JEMEC Automotive Limited is a family owned car-dealership based in sunny Jersey in the Channel Islands.
We stock a fantastic range of handpicked stock vehicles - from small cars to supercars, and commercial vehicles to motorhomes - all exceptional quality and at unbeatable prices. We aim to be the cheapest in the UK, not just in Jersey.
In addition, we pride ourselves on offering a stress-free, straight-forward vehicle sourcing service. About half our customers find their new cars, vans or motorhomes this way.
We are also very proud to be a family business. In fact, JEMEC stands for Jack, Ella, Max (our children) plus Erica and Charles.
Although we opened our doors in October 2017, the business was years in the dreaming. Between us, we've decades of experience working for car manufacturers (including Volkswagen, Porsche, Skoda, Mercedes Benz, BMW, MINI and Vauxhall) and dealer groups, publicly listed companies and start-ups. However, with JEMEC, we have the freedom to be brave, to try new things and to make decisions which we feel are right for our customers and employees.
No sales-people
We don't employ any sales people, there are no sales targets and we don't pay any commission for sales performance - as we don't believe this creates exceptional customer service. Instead, we make sure we have great people, the best quality cars and we genuinely try to put our customers first.
No sales or special offers
At JEMEC, we never have sales or special offers because we price our cars to be brilliant value every day. We aim to be the cheapest in the UK, not just in Jersey, so our customers have peace-of-mind they are getting the best value for money.
No franchises
Although JEMEC is a new venture in Jersey, we are not new to the car industry. We have years of experience working in the UK head offices of global automotive brands however, we choose not to be a franchised dealer. Being independent, we can stock the best vehicles from any manufacturer which suit our customers - rather than trying to find customers which suit the cars.
Jersey based and Jersey focused
In Jersey, we have different driving requirements. There are no motorways, we have different speed limits, miles of green lanes, shorter commutes, narrower carparks and garages (yes, you'd be surprised!) and, most importantly, we definitely spend more hours on the beach and making the most of our easy access to mainland Europe.
